I love the change of seasons, but there is also a hectic-ness to this time of year; school starting, the holidays approaching, and somehow just 12 extra things added to the daily 'to do' list. It sometimes makes my sewing time disappear. And yet, fall sewing is my favorite!!! I love fall clothes, I love layers that instantly transform basic looks into an entirely new outfit. I love leggings and tunic dresses and my tall brown boots that go with EVERYTHING!
So in the midst of all the crazy, take a moment to breathe and enjoy this season. Carve out a chunk of time to make something for you or your kids and smile as it gets worn all season long.
